Very pleasurable experience, very knowledgable person

A genuine, knowledgeable agent who you can completely trust with the sale of your property. After some very ordinary marketing and few results with a previous agent, Warwick was a welcome change with his pleasant and friendly approach, finance industry background and professional marketing ability. For the short time he was engaged we had many genuine buyers approach us with offers. One offer did not proceed due to changes in council rules, however Warwick continued to stay focussed on the sale of our property. I am positive that the walk through videos of the house and land taken by Warwick, arranging advertising with major media companies and excellent aerial photos of the block and surroundings resulted in a quick sale, and achieved the price we were asking.
