As i met lots of other real estate agent but some of them try to push you for buying a property by giving you a fake info and wrong advise but with wasim it was easy as he was giving the right information. Don't let the name foul you! Wassim is a professional real estate agent the cut out all the bullshit, frankly who has the time. Wassim is a stand out from real estate agents ( and I have dealt with a few !!)....from start to end his communication, knowledge to market presence and etiquette is no doubt in my mind market leading. Not only did he keep me abreast of developments after hours ( we are all busy!!!) he also ensured that I did get the best deal for my place.
