This is a long review, but important to set the scene. And YES, this is why WE HIGHLY RECMMEND Wayne Colley. He is very genuine, likeable, knows his stuff and keeps you well informed. He goes out of his way to make sure you get exactly what you want. [both parties]. We have owned this block for 30 years hoping to retire there. Circumstances changed and we couldn’t visit anymore, so needed to sell. We approached Wayne, and discussed selling it, told our story and voiced our concerns. [We had visited the block over the years, every time we had a few days off. – a caravan, fruit trees, dam, large shed etc. We adored it. The peace and quiet, the birds, wild ducks on dam and other wildlife, [especially kangaroos and joeys resting in the shade of the fruit trees so close to us.
