From the moment we signed up with Wayne he was ready and rearing to go. He had impressed us with his enthusiasm during our agent short-listing, but you can never know if that enthusiasm is going to wane (no pun intended) once you're signed up. We were hoping for a quick sale but 'quick' is an understatement for what we experienced next. Upon sign up, photos, 3D walk-through, etc, had been booked for the next day. Those photos, etc, were ready to go and appeared online the following day, a Friday. Wayne was there first thing Monday morning with the Raine & Horne sign. Upon his return to the office he had an inspection booked for later that morning. An offer was made following that inspection, and contract signed the same afternoon. And that For Sale sign out the front was now sporting an additional Under Contract addition. We could not believe how quick and easy the process was, or that Wayne had achieved such a positive result for us in such a short space of time. We're still trying to catch our breath!
