An Informed Purchase

I’m a recently retired psychologist and have dealt with people across a wide variety of settings. From my first contact with Wayne I felt that he would be honest and straightforward in his approach to our interest in this property. This certainly proved to be the case. He stepped back when we needed time to look and discuss the pros and cons ourselves and was there to answer questions and discuss matters of concerns with him. Importantly, my representative in Qld (I live in NSW) - my daughter-in-law, also felt very comfortable with Wayne and found him easy to approach and chat with. She is a discerning business woman so would soon sus out anyone who was not being frank and honest. All round Wayne’s manner and approach made it easy for us to come to our decision regarding the property.
