Selling a house as everyone knows is an emotional journey/ordeal!! From the start Wayne and Tracey were very easy to deal with, we told them what we wanted to sell our house for and they did not play it down like previous real estate agents!! They were willing to give it a go! Even though we sold our house for less then what we wanted Wayne and Tracey were advising us every step of the way. Our house was a unique one ( we think) so it was hard to sell. Overall we are very happy with the result we got and thanks to Wayne and Tracey we achieved that. I would recommend this team and First National again. We relocated to the Sunshine Coast so its a pity we cannot use Wayne and Tracey again!!
We had to sell my elderly father's villa under difficult curcumstances. Wayne & Tracey from First National were very supportive, understanding and displayed a clear knowledge of local market conditions.
