As a first home buyer, we encountered many agents in Melbourne who would try to persuade us to make our offers unconditional, and would refuse to take our offer to the vendor because they wanted to go to auction. When we purchased our new property, Wayne took our offer to the vendor as soon as it was made. So, instead of us being left in limbo, we knew within minutesthat our offer had been accepted. This was unlike previous agents we had dealt with who would either not tell us if the vendor accepted our offer, or would get back to us after a week. Wayne also told us that our offer should be conditional on finance and there should be a 90 day settlement to assist us with financing as were FHB! This was the first time an agent had taken our offer as conditional. Wayne was a pleasure to deal with!
