From discussing the selling strategy and why, to the preparation and assistance to present the property for sale/auction, to contacting us daily with updates, to auction day, where he phoned us so we could hear the auction (interstate sellers). He sourced a lot of bidders for the auction. He was always professional, friendly, approachable and we felt very comfortable with Wayne.
