Wendy was so kind and absolutely marvellous. She handled our sale & the home we bought with such a organised manner. She said not to worry about anything as that was her job. Wendy helped in so many ways we would recommend Wendy Brennan to handle all your needs and nothing is a problem she is so efficient & always smiling. A wonderful lady, you cannot go wrong with Wendy Brennan. 😊
Wendy went above and beyond. She was professional but at the same time personable and supportive throughout the process of me selling my property and then purchasing another. I would highly recommend Wendy and should I ever require any further real estate services I would certainly choose no other.
Wendy was great to deal with. Her level of communication is above and beyond. She cares about her properties she is selling as well as the clients she is working with to purchase these properties. HIghly recommend.
My husband and I have been very happy with the service provided by Wendy. She helps us to find an amazing property and took care of our concerns from start to completion. Everything was very professional. Highly recommended!

We, John and Janis found Wendy to be obliging and professional in her job. Wendy goes beyond her duties to sell your property. We would highly recommend Wendy of BayVue to anyone looking to sell their home.
Wendy went above and beyond as an Agent. She worked with the best interest of both Seller and Purchaser in mind and secured the best deal for all involved. Thank you Wendy for your kindness, promptness in your responses and market knowledge
We have looked at a lot of properties spoken with many agents. Belle Property are very attentive, humble and honest. No Bul$hit with opinions and markets at the time.
Wendy is fantastic. She builds strong, trusting relationships with both sellers and buyers. She gently persists with her follow up of prospective buyers rather than just leaving a message and waiting / hoping for a call back. She ‘emotionally connects’ buyers with properties and works with them to overcome any concerns or doubts they might have. She personally prepares (with her own items) the house for photos that look much better than those of other much bigger estate agents. She suggested we buy $100 worth of items for open for inspections. When I asked her for a list, she said “I’m in Ulladulla tomorrow, I’ll get it for you”. Exceptional service. I couldn’t fault Wendy. She’s been amazing.
Excellent experience with Wendy Brennan who quickly understood the appeal of my house & how best to market it. Wendy worked extremely hard to ensure the house would be photographed to maximum advantage by arranging props & supervising the photographer. Once the house listed Wendy’s constant contact with myself & prospective buyers effected a very fast & successful sale with my price achieved. I could not have asked for more. The team at Belle Vincentia were friendly & helpful with Ally patiently printing documents & passing messages. A well run business.
Our experience with the Belle Property Jervis Bay Real Estate Agent, Wendy Brennan, has been most enjoyable. Our contact with Wendy was always courteous & polite. Her knowledgeable re our particular area of Jervis Bay, Vincentia, was excellent. We would have no hesitation in recommending Wendy Brennan with your real estate enquiries.
