Wendy is fantastic. She builds strong, trusting relationships with both sellers and buyers. She gently persists with her follow up of prospective buyers rather than just leaving a message and waiting / hoping for a call back. She ‘emotionally connects’ buyers with properties and works with them to overcome any concerns or doubts they might have. She personally prepares (with her own items) the house for photos that look much better than those of other much bigger estate agents. She suggested we buy $100 worth of items for open for inspections. When I asked her for a list, she said “I’m in Ulladulla tomorrow, I’ll get it for you”. Exceptional service. I couldn’t fault Wendy.
