Wendy Brennan from Belle Property shows absolute excellence in her professionalism and approachable manner. Wendy guided me through the whole process of purchasing my first home. She was always contactable and kept me up to date, alleviating any concerns quickly. Overall, Wendy made buying my first home a stress free experience.
Great Results by Wendy she is awesome. Can sell a house
Wendy has been nothing short of amazing, so much so that we have now listed our home for sale with her.
Wendy has a lovely manner. As someone who has been both a buyer and a seller several times, I felt that Wendy maintained a great balance between doing the best for her vendor whilst really trying to help me purchase this particular home. It was a bit of a long process (over a few months) to finally meet in the middle and I can honestly say that Wendy was a pleasure to deal with from day 1. I would definitely recommend Belle Property to a friend, because the 3 staff members that I have met have all been very pleasant and they don't seem to do the pushy sales technique.
Wendy is a sensitive, down to earth straight shooter! She is a gem to buy through A great communicator and put herself out for us as buyers, in conjunction with working ethically towards a common goal for the vendor as well. I can honestly say Wendy is a good egg!
Wendy has been absolutely brilliant and very informative keeping us up to date on everything along the way. We could not have asked for anything more from Wendy, she has gone over and above and we feel this is something she does for every client. She is amazing and her attention to detail is impeccable, she never once gave up on the ability to sell our property.
We have pleasant experience with Wendy Brennan on the purchase of our new property in St Georges Basin. From the moment we walked through the open inspection, through the negotiation process, and following steps to contract exchange, Wendy has been helpful, honest and professional. Her excellent and prompt communications between all parties ensure a smooth purchase process.
Wendy has been absolutely fantastic! Always there to help, with a smile and her lovely bubbly nature :) Cant recommend any higher!
Wendy was great, she pushed very hard to get me the highest price on the property and I was very happy with the result. I would recommend Wendy in the future and will be using her to sell my next property.
Wendy has done an excellent job and never stopped selling the property till the very last minute before exchange.
Wendy worked above and beyond what is expected of an agent. It was through her amazing efforts that we achieved the sale at the best price and I am so grateful. She is a wonderfully warm, responsive and honest person, and very professional and capable.
