I would particularly like to note there were some challenges with our sale, and Wendy worked closely with us to navigate through them. As it turned out she was particularly adept at helping to manage the buyer through the process. Indeed, this is a key point; an agent not only supports the seller, but a good agent will also also help manage the other party for what is the biggest decision most of us will make. A key advice for anyone is to engage good people and the results we achieved reflected that.
