We found Wendy to be an exceptionally honest and forthright agent. When we want to sell our home at a fixed price Wendy convinced us to go to Auction which we did. She also advised us to have our open home inspections during work hours through the week which we thought was a bit odd. But our first open home had a huge response and we had three contracts on the table the next day. With Wendy's help and guidance our home was sold in seven days $5000 above what we were asking for. Wendy was very helpful and sympathetic when we needed to sell our mother's home after her death. She kept us informed each week with the progress, how many came to see the property, how many hits on the net etc. She was more then willing to have open homes even on Easter Saturday, which we refused knowing how important family time is during holidays. When we sold the house, she was there to answer questions, and the final transactions went smoothly.
