I would highly recommend Wendy Poynton as a real estate agent. Wendy worked hard on our behalf. This was evident by her informing potential buyers of our property being available and resulting in regular interest. She showed many people our property and always communicated well with us so that we were well informed. She is a friendly, polite and trustworthy real estate agent.

Wendy was new to selling real estate when we listed with her but in all our dealings with her she was totally professional in all ways. She kept us informed every step of the way and advised us when we needed to make price adjustments etc. We sold when the market was very slow but were ultimately happy with the result.
