Wendy helped the reviewer sell this property

Wendy & her team keep it “ real” in every sense. Their advice is outstanding!

Wendy & her team are the go to people in Devonport as far as we are concerned. Their advice prior to the marketing campaign was constrained, honest & very professional. Wendy was very involved in getting all the maintenance issues attended to both inside & the garden. she advised us to have the property styled by Clare Horseman from J.A Styling & Design. That was a major factor in the property being sold with just 9 days on market. The inspections were very professionally conducted with 2 - 3 of the team being on site every time. The team were friendly & warm without being pushy & we felt they were genuinely excited to be selling our house! The property sold quickly & well & we were delighted with the result! Best wishes Justin & Donna
