What an amazing person not only does go far and beyond to help his customers he does very meaningful favours and helps his customers when ever he can, his rate $4,400 was his commission to sell my home and an upfront cost of a sign at $186, that was the ONLY COST I was charged before my home sold and with his patience and understanding, my home was sold successfully to a lovely family that I know will enjoy my home as much as my family have been. I truly saved over $5,500 after paying another agent $2,500 for not doing his job properly and my cost if I stayed with that agent would have been almost $12,000 at end of sale.
