Negotiations was seem- less. Expectations were exceeded and more than happy with the result. All our needs were thoughtfully taken into account and addressed promptly. Whitney was honest, respectful and easy to communicate with.
Very honest no BS approach. I have had 4 other agencies attempt to sell with zero success due to overvaluations / poor sales technique / lack of marketting prowess. Thankfully I found Whitney! A few open homes, some realistic feedback and rectifications required and voila an almost painless sale. Would strongly recommend! Of note her team also took over rental management and found a wealth of overlooked issues from previous agencies...I will only use Whitney again in the Coffs Harbour region!
