As the purchaser, he was acting for the vendor, he was knowledgeable, personable, followed up on enquiries immediately and especially accommodated me with his forbearance, as I waited for finance approval, given that it was necessary to ask for an extension from the vendor. I liked and appreciated the unexpected phone call from him congratulating me on the approval Will rang within 30 minutes of me being informed of this myself.

Wow! Will is simply amazing . What a patient and helpful guy....... I wanted to move fairly quickly with the apartment I bought through Will.
