Ten minutes after I rang about the property that had a caught my interest while out walking, William was showing me through it. My mind was made up this time to have the simplest possible approach in selling a small flat of mine , no auction and very basic set of usual strategies to conduct a private sale . Mr . There seem to be many different ways to sell a property . I have seen a bagpipe player at an auction , and also a van at an auction offering free coffees . And why not ? I am certain that if I wanted those types of sales , Mr. William Hocking could have arranged one for me just as easily. And I wouldn’t have , probably , regretted it , either .
