Bought a property from William Johnson and found him to be polite, genuine, helpful, driven and intelligent and these qualities aren't always a given in the real estate world. William has proven to be knowledgeable about the market area in which I bought, but also in discussions I had with him about further properties I was considering buying. I was very impressed when William went beyond what was required, when there were challenges of communication between the two sides during the paper preparation in view of settlement, to be of assistance to get communication going, so problem could be solved quickly when timing was of the essence. Too many agents are only happy to be charming and accommodating until they have your signature on the contract and then they focus on the next potential client...not so with William Johnson. Ethics ARE important in every business and establishing good relationships with buyers and sellers important for repeat business or recommendations for others, of course.

It was great to have William sell my property. He was most professional at all times.
