I had been in the market to purchase a property for several months and had attended many open homes but because of my age (20 years old), I did not feel that any Agents took me seriously, nor took an interest in what type of property I was hoping to purchase. That was, until I attended an open home held by Will Torres. Will was friendly and professional right from the start and went out of his way to try to find the right property for me. He was competent and professional throughout the whole process from initial signing of the Contract to settlement. I would HIGHLY recommend Will Torres and his team to any prospective purchaser/vendor in the future.

We met with 3 agents prior to choosing Will. Upon meeting Will we noticed his level of professionalism and market knowledge was far greater than the other agents. Will was open and honest with us about marketing our property and gave us evidence of what worked best. He even suggested that we not waste money on antiquated marketing options, such as advertising in the local newspaper when other agents suggest we should. Will gave us tips on styling the property and even had his team re-arrange furniture to visually enhance the property. The end result was our property sold within 2 weeks of going to market at more than $24k over our asking price. It's clear that Will's market knowledge is exceptonal, but it's his open, honest attitude, which puts him a cut above the rest. We wouldn't think of marketing our next property with anyone but Will. Couldn't have gone smoother

We were first home buyers and didn't know all of the ins and outs of purchasing a property for the first time. Will was very understanding and helped out in any way he could. He definitely went the extra mile.

We were impressed with Will and his market knowledge from our first meeting. Being in the building industry, we have dealt with a lot of real estate agents and found Will to be the best by far. After our first open house, Will called with details of prospective buyers and following day called all 31 groups that came to our house for feedback. Our house was under contract within a week and Will called us regularly to update us on progress throughout the term of the contract until settlement.
