We first met Will whilst we were inspecting a home we were interested in and he was the agent. We had already interviewed other agents and were impressed with his attitude and approach. We interviewed Will and decided to engage his services to sell our home as we were very impressed with his drive and strategy for the sale of our home that differed to other agents. Will went through everything clearly and we were confident in his ability to sell out home at the price we wanted. We held an "Open House" 5 days after listing and had our first contract within 5 days. We were getting ready to sell and were looking for an agent. We went to an open house where Will was the agent. His professionalism and enthusiasm was evident the, Along with other agents, we invited Will to come to our house to see what he could do to sell our house.
