Will was allocated to me and immediately correctly advised that there was no such unit on the market, and that it was rare for such units to be sold. However, he added that he would ring the owners that he knew to see if one wanted to sell. Within a day I signed a contract, for the price I expected to pay before approaching Will's firm. I was impressed with Will's pleasant demeanour, his intelligent and appropriately humorous conversation and his comprehension of the Burleigh, Gold Coast and Australian real estate markets. He did everything that he said that would do - on time. He did not give me any baloney that I would have seen through. That does not appear to be in his apparently honest nature. During the inspection, he quickly saw that I did not require him to take me to the bedroom and say the obvious such as "This is the bedroom". However he intelligently and adequately introduced the space to me and let me roam freely. He answered all my questions professionally, even admitting when he did not know the answer to a particular question. Those answers were provided later.
