He was able to bring 11 registered buyers on the Auction day. Due to the COVID-19 lockdown, the online auction didn’t achieve the ideal outcome. However, William demonstrated his fantastic sales skills, market knowledge and connections, and extra efforts. After 2 weeks of the auction, the property sold $300K+ more than the auction price.
