As Executor to my Aunt's Estate I have the task of selling her property. I was given 3 names by Open Agent and briefly spoke to all. Will Phillips seemed to listen and understand what I wanted to do and achieve. He was always there to take my calls and when the time came I meet Will at the property and I knew he was the man to do what we wanted. He listened to how we going to present the house and marketed the property from there. While we did not sell at auction he was always confident that the price we were after could be achieved.
