Will is such a genuine guy, he kept in touch for nearly a year before we actually were ready to put our house on the market after our initial enquiry of thinking of selling our home. He was not pushy and genuinely just supportive. Once we were ready to put our house up for sale (took us a while as we have littles) Will was very helpful with supporting us through all the processes and was always responsive with messages or calls. Narelle as well then also came into the picture once the house was having inspections and she too was super flexible, genuine and supportive, also extremely responsive too. We were always kept in the loop, was always kept up to date and we couldn’t fault either Will or Narelle for helping us sell our home. Both also have such beautiful personalities, they both work ridiculously hard and over and above typical working hours. These guys are legends, probably the best real estate agents we’ve had so far in our property related life. We would happily keep Will and Narelle friends for life but would also highly recommend them with buying or selling your property. They both too are very down to earth, really easy for us to get along with. Hands down wonderful people with high knowledge and high support. Super thankful to both of them not just for selling our home but for the genuine connection and support throughout everything. Even just helping us out with random errands like they are instantly a friend or neighbour, they definitely both value community and connection. Our kids also love them - and they are great at picking who is an awesome person which both of them are. William was an absolute pleasure to deal with. After our first sale fell through, he stepped in and took the lead in securing our international buyer making himself available at all hours seven days per week. Even though we had excellent photographs and videos he went over and above to provide our international buyer with several more high quality videos that he personally shot and were spot on in winning our buyer over.
