I recently sold my house through William Verhagen. While I am relieved that the house eventually sold, the experience fell short of my expectations. The property was initially valued between $790 and $830K. The price was revised twice in the four months it took to sell, reflecting a lack of market awareness. The property finally sold for $705K. The agent seemed somewhat disengaged throughout the process, with several open houses where no one turned up. Although the sale was finalised, the overall return on investment wasn't what I had hoped for.
