A seamless sale
Wilson Allu made the listing process very easy. Once the property was listed Wilson and Alex Simule arranged an open home and inspections. In a very short period they advised me of offers received and we settled on acceptance of one of the offers. From listing to settlement of the sale took a mere 6 weeks thanks to the impressive efforts of Wilson and Alex.
