Nothing was a problem for Xander and whilst a real estate agent is mainly on the side of the seller, I felt that Xander was looking out for me as well during the whole process. Xander is an affable young man with a mature outlook, has an easy going manner but is also professional, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions (there were many). Xander was always on time, promised he would get a couple of things done which he arranged with his team. The contracts team were also easy to deal with and communication was excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending Xander Evans of Harcourts Solutions. He made the process of buying a property an enjoyable experience and I had immediate confidence in him right from when I first met him at the first open home.
