Xander has been great. Understood my situation. He didn’t bs me as I was open I wanted quick easy sale no bells and whistles. Well Xander got a record for my unrenovated place in the complex and i can now semi retire. He is bloody good at his job. I’m elated for my future and he helped achieve more than expectations.
