Masterclass in Auctioneering
It is a pleasure to watch a master craftsman at work. Obviously Xavier has honed his auctioneering skills over a lifetime in the industry. It was a privilege to have Xavier has master of ceremonies at my Auction. He was in total control from start to finish displaying an honesty, transparency, humour and workman like bidding skills that are rare amongst auctioneers; even in the highly professional and competitive inner - Melbourne real estate scene. A decent, down to earth bloke who I had total confidence; whatever the outcome on the day, which In my case was magnificent. John H
