Thank you guys it has been a pleasure with you helping us buying our new dream home to selling our home.
We had a great experience selling our property with team Yash & Abhi. From our first meeting they were confident they would get us the price we wanted for our property and followed through. Their knowledge of the market is second to none and they were lovely to deal with throughout the process. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends & family.
Yash and Abhi were extremely knowledgeable with regard to the values of the current property market also where we stood within that market. Both were always in contact with updates.
Good service. Everything was solved quickly. I am very happy with the property. Thank you so much.
We had our property listed with another agent for over 1 year who showed little effort and interest in selling our property. Yash reached out to us for many months and in the end we decided to give the listing to him instead. Within a short period we had the property ready for viewings and we had several offers and then finally we got an offer which worked it's way close to our asking price range with a quick settlement period.
I found Yash to be welcoming and friendly from the very beginning. I would recommend him to anyone that is wanting to buy/sell their house since he made my dream come true.
Every bit of information is communicated effectively and work quickly to get the sale done.
Both of these gentlemen were very positive from first day of the campaign. They were very professional and have great knowledge of the market. I would highly recommend Team Yash and Abhi.
Yash has a great knowledge about the area. He was very easy to get hold of over the phone & email. I sent him an email on a Sunday and he called back within 5 mins. Great customer service. Was happy to arrange an inspection of the property at my preference. He even stayed back & waited for me when i was running a bit late.
