Yatin can certainly talk the talk, I’m not sure he can walk the walk though. In our experience Yatin was more about the buyer than us, the seller. He made promises he didn’t even try to keep. He made changes to our agreement without consulting with me. Market knowledge - Fair Communication - Consistent Professionalism - Fair Honesty - Questionable I would not recommend for selling.
