It is my first home and I am very excited to share my experience with LJ Hooker team. As a first home buyer, I had zero experience and knowledge of buying and owning a unit before. Thus, I have many questions, many of that may be dump to you. Buying a property is not as simple as buying a car, there are a lot of calculations (mortgage, strata, location, etc.) and it would be among the most important decisions in life. When I reached out to Yianni and his LJ Hooker team, I was satisfied with his service and honesty. He even opened the unit after working hour for my inspection as I had to work in the day. He was also responsive to my requests/questions even at the evening or during the weekend, that you might not find from many other agents. Believe me, I have inspected dozens of units before ending up with my current ones. I highly recommend him as well as his team if you are looking for a property. Of course, with one condition that he and his team keep maintaining their good quality services, reputation and dedication.

Would highly recommend, Yianni has excellent customer service, was great to deal with and made sure to be available for any questions or concerns. He made time so we could do last minute inspections, worked well with our buyers agent and we never had an issue to access the property whenever we needed before settlement, even with very little notice.
