My experience with Yianni was the best I have had with any real estate agent. Yianni acted professionally and was always honest and transparent in his communication with me. His knowledge of the market was sound and he strove to convey direct information.
From the initial moment we engaged with Yanni, about the prospect of selling our property in Dulwich Hill, he demonstrated and reassured his thorough knowledge of the area and surrounding suburbs – making us feel very comfortable. Yanni was with us at every stage of the sale, he made sure that we understood each step of the selling process whilst also promptly organising everything that needed to be done. The sale of our townhouse was a stress-free and positive experience. I would highly recommend Yanni and his team to anyone who is thinking of selling or purchasing in the future.
Couldn't be happier with the sale of our Dulwich Hill Unit, with short notice and the hopes of finding a buyer before the end of the year Yianni was able to navigate us through the process and assist in organising property styling and advertising of the property. He was always incredibly responsive, kept us updated on the progress of the campaign and explained things in simple terms. Yianni is knowledgeable as well as having a huge amount of industry expertise. I would absolutely recommend Yianni and the team at L J Hooker Dulwich Hill if you are looking to sell a property!
Yianni was a pleasure to deal with during the process of selling our house. He was honest, he listened and he let us know how everything was going along the way. Yianni was invested in getting us the result we wanted and he definitely achieved it. Would highly recommend Yianni as we were over the moon with him and the team!
Yianni was a pleasure to work with throughout the process of buying my first home! He had good, open communication and was at all times reliable and supportive. Thank you Yianni!
We really enjoyed dealing with Yianni when purchasing our Campsie apartment. Yianni was easy to work with, personable and always available to take our calls. He kept us informed along the process, and helped us complete a same-day rental appraisal for our current property to ensure our finance was approved promptly to be in a position to provide an offer. He organised for us to view our new property multiple times after the purchase. He’s made our experience easy and memorable - couldn’t recommend him more!
When an agent asks you what you want for the sale of your property, the answer you want to hear is, "we can get you what you want". Yianni was that agent who not only delivered but went beyond my expectations. His commitment to the sale of my property and daily briefings showed me how invested he was in reaching my goal while others said it was unachievable. Thank you Yianni for making the unachievable, very achievable. I have highly recommended you to everyone I know and you will be the agent I will always go to to sell my property.
