I have known Yili Ma since August of 2018 when she assisted in selling a property for me in Tennyson Street, Malvern East. Due to the sale success of Tennyson Street, she also assisted in the sale of my father's property in Finch Street, Malvern East in March of 2019. In both properties, we did some significant renovations to get the properties in preparation for the sale. We took a lot of advice from Yili in how to present the property, and as to what looks best in the current sales environment in terms of fittings and fixtures.
