Yili is a very warm, engaging person and worked well with her Belle Property director, Steve Burke in their endeavors to sell our property. Yili was very polite and listened to us respectfully. Along with Steve, their suggestions for the family in preparing the home for sale were quite more extensive than we had envisioned but proved to be the right thing to do, even though at times we wondered if it would just be bought and bulldozed for development at a minimum price. Yili was very skilful and astute in the way she worked with Steve, and due to her cultural background and language was able to provide an important and respected liaison with potential Chinese/Asian buyers, one of whom was successful in a private bid to purchase our house. We felt that she was honest and trustworthy in the way she carried herself which in turn gave us much reassurance. We are very grateful for all Yili has done to gain the sale of our house, which sold well in excess of our reserve price.
