Youseff is a very present person! He is proactive in his approach, is really aware of what the vendor needs, what the market looks like and is very pragmatic in getting good work done! He was there with us every step of the way and was consistent. He helped us see the premises multiple times, was available even late in the evening and responded to various phone calls / queries etc. I genuinely appreciate his advise and support through out the auction as I am a first time auctioneer. His tips on being confident and knowing where I stand with respect to my limit was helpful in giving me a sense of control over the ambiguity that a purchaser faces within an auction and also, dare I say, is the reason why I did get the winning bid in the auction in the end of the day.
