Youseff was certainly different from the agents I have interact with. During the inspection of the unit, he clearly had done his homework on the strata report and even provide extra information he sought from the strata manager. In contrast, an agent I dealt with for another unit doesn't know anything in the strata report and ask me to check with the strata manager when I was asking for more information after reviewing the report. As a buyer, I wish more agents are like him.
