Yes! Dont look any further Yousef is a wonderful agent. We had a difficult process selling our unit and Yousef was such a positive responsive transparent and hard working agent. Youseff is a very friendly, personable man and easy to communicate with. This makes selling your property a much more pleasant task. He works hard at chasing up potential buyers and I was able to sell my property reasonably quickly in a dropping market.

Youseff is out of his depth, with the change in the recent property market shift. His inexperience was tested and he failed to deliver. The scambling to find a buyer for a beautifully presented, fully renovated 2 bedroom home in Dulwich Hill was embarising. He priced the home at 1.4 to 1.5m, and within the first few weeks of the campaign, advised us to drop the price to 1.250 to encourage more buyers, so he could then drive the price up with all the added interest. We disagreed with him over this tactic, but he went ahead and he failed, but took no responsibility. The sale price was well below expectation and well below promise.
