Yuri was always very professional, always kept me informed of any activity of the property. The house sold within about 5 weeks. The day we sold he had numerous conversations with two buyers until we got the best result. The photographs and marketing were excellent. I know Yuri put a lot of effort into getting as many people interested in our property. I would use Yuri if I was selling again.

As some background we decided to sell our property at a time of a difficult market in NSW where many sales had reduced prices and there were extended times to find buyers. In addition our property was in a rural location and we expected a reduced number of possible buyers. However despite these obstacles Yuri was always optimistic during the sale process, and was never flustered. He made sure the sale process always moved forward, and we were kept in the loop with developments. When offers were received and negotiations started Yuri looked after both parties well. The final sale price was at the upper end of the range originally quoted by Yuri. We would recommend Yuri as an agent for anyone in the Hawkesbury district who is considering selling.

Yuri missed out initally on getting our property to sell on the toss of a coin so to speak, but after the first agent had failed to get more than 15 people through the house in 3 months we gave the property back to Yuri to attempt to sell which he did in side of 4 weeks.
