She put in a lot of work and I also ask her to manage the property and she has been good with that and I trust Yvonne and rely alot as I'm not in Queensland . I have bought and sold a few places over the years and Yvonne would have to be the best agent I have dealt with. To top it off she had my house sold really fast and got the price negotiated back up to my asking price. She also communicated clearly thru the sometimes stressful stage of going from offer to contract. All in all the nicest agent I have ever met.
