We ended up negotiating a price point that all parties were happy with and now we are hoping to go to settlement earlier than we’d initially discussed. Vikki wrote comments on the garden which impressed me as I had put a lot of time and effort to present an inviting garden. I would have no hesitation in recommending Vikki to any forthcoming clients and as word of mouth is the best type of advertising, I could not recommend her enough.
