Zac recently sold my mother’s property quickly and for the price that we were looking for. We greatly appreciated Zac’s professionalism and understanding throughout the selling process. I have no hesitation in recommending Zac and My Property Consultants.
We engaged Zac as he was recommended by a friend of ours for the sale of our home in Leppington. Zac exceeded every expectation as our managing agent. He is professional in his approach and exceptional in his delivery. The knowledge he has of the market and area is both impressive and comforting. The communication we received from Zac was on point from beginning to end. Zac is an absolute asset and more importantly a genuinely lovely person. Thank you so much Zac for all your hard work.
An honest professional. Zac, Brock and the My Property team were always helpful, easy to deal with, kept clear communication in a timely manner regards to process and property sold within two weeks of going to market to a value of the original meeting appraisal. Happy customer
Zac was excellent through the entire purchase process. Very transparent and straightforward.
Thank you Zac, he is honest, calm and friendly. Always there to answer the questions and give the best honest opinion. I recall getting text messages from him on Saturday or Sunday and when you reply he answered back too. I highly appreciated Zac’s work and thanking him for sale of our property.
zac is the best agent ever ,he made me so much money thank you so much Zac and he selling my unit now
Zac has now sold two properties of mine at top end prices. He knows the market inside out, is a great negotiator, honest and looks after the interests of all of his clients. Thanks for your hard work.
From the very first time we met Zac, he has put our mind at ease with his sound advice and knowledge. Having over a decade’s worth of experience in riding the ups and downs of the market throughout the years has given him a unique insight into the industry. He was able to set down a plan to maximise the sale and earning potential of our home. He was honest about the market and laid down the pros and cons so that we could make the best decision for our circumstances. Communication was fantastic and we always felt heard by him. Our house was in the market for an amazing 3 weeks, nothing short of miracle when we’ve seen similar houses languishing for months on end with no sale in sight. Zac is a true professional. We would not hesitate to recommend Zac if you’re in need of selling your home. Thank you Zac for all your help. You’ve done an amazing job and it has been a pleasure dealing with you.
We were indecisive between renting or selling our home. We had discussions with Zac who gave us an unbiased opinion, where we decided to sell our property. Zac went well and truely above and beyond our expectations and we would highly recommend Zac for the sale of any property. He gave us up to date information regularly. It was like he knew what we were thinking. Zac’s professionalism was well above any other real estate agents that we have dealt with. He didn’t just want to make a sale. He made it about us. We would never go with any other agent after our experience with Zac.
We were very impressed with Zac's professionalism and customer service when we purchased our apartment through him about 4 years ago - so we had no hesitation in listing it with him again when it was time to sell Zac has extensive market knowledge and experience. He is a very effective communicator and is trustworthy and enthusiastic in his dealings. He is honest about the market conditions - and provides good feedback from his presentations and discussions with potential buyers. He went over-and-above his role as our agent is helping us to resolve a maintenance problem when preparing the apartment for sale. We cannot recommend Zac highly enough - he is a great person - and a great agent
