It was a pleasure dealing with Brock & Zac from My Property Consultants Campbelltown. Brock was honest, patient, communicative and went out of his way to organise inspections. Our first home buyer experience was a positive one due to their professionalism. Brock your a champ, thank you!! -- Ali @(Talbragar St, Ruse)

Zac Cronin was the agent that sold our home so he recommended we view this property that he also had listed. Zac understood what my husband and I were looking for in a new home so knew this house would be perfect. Zac and his team have been a pleasure to deal with. They have gone out of their way to assist us with this purchase from opening up the home for us to take family through to staying back at the office for us to drop paperwork in. I was able to contact Zac any time I needed and he provided great support and guidance through the whole process. He understands what a big decision purchasing a home is and is happy to help any way possible. Anyone who deals with Zac and his team when purchasing a property will have a very positive experience.

My husband and I chose to work with Zac and his team based on his knowledge of our area, his friendly nature and confidence in getting us the price we were after. Zac was in contact with us through the whole process, explaining each step and even calming my nerves at times. The sale price he achieved was not only what he had promised but what we were hoping for. We couldn't be happier with the job Zac and his team have done with the sale of our home and we would gladly recommend him to anyone.

So happy with the sale of our home and how easy and stress free the whole process was. Zac and his team are extremely professional but down to earth, answered any questions we had, gave advice and were so helpful when getting our house on the market not to mention working with us to get the price we wanted! Would have no hesitation in recommending Zac and my property consultants and definitely will be a returning customer in the future! Thanks!

Very helpful with outstanding communication being the key to achieving a great result. All the My Property sales staff worked professionally together as a team at all open homes.

It's no coincidence that we have bought and sold several properties through Zac Cronin over the years – it's because we have asked for him by name each time. He has even helped us source a property in the area we were after. He is a true professional whose main objective is to ensure that both parties are 100% happy throughout every stage of the buying or selling process and with the final outcome. Zac achieves his consistently impressive sales record through his outstanding communication and negotiation skills and his friendly, helpful, patient and easy-going manner. With the highest standards in professional ethics and personal service, dealing with Zac is always a pleasure - whether buying or selling.

Zac's knowledge of market trends during a particular difficult period in the property market was spot on. After sitting down with Zac & letting him know of my plans & goal price, he got straight down to putting together a top marketing plan. A plan that not only worked, but managed to keep my expectations of a sale high but not unrealistic. His communication to me on potential buyers & during negotiation went far beyond the call of duty, however that's the type of person Zac is. To be closing the deal at 7pm on a Saturday night after a full day of negotiating is testament to Zac & his wiliness to get the best possible result for his clients. Thanks Zac

Zac's knowledge of the Park Central real estate situation was second to none, proving invaluable for a smooth transition for both ourselves and our buyer. He was very thorough and understanding in his negotiations with our purchaser, but always keeping our needs in the balance. We would recommend Zac to anyone wishing to buy or sell in the Macarthur area.

I have an elderly brother who needed personalized attention with a home purchase. Zac gave us this in a friendly patient and empathetic manner. I realize a sale is a sale and we expect reasonable, professional attention from an agent but in this case Zac did that and more.

Sold on 1st open home! What more can one ask for. Zac listened to our needs and delivered well above our expectations. His high level of communication and commitment to selling in a challenging market resulted in a positive outcome. A professional at the top of his game.

I found Zac very friendly and easy to deal with. He was always willing to go the extra mile for me and his knowledge on real estate is second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend Zac if asked for an estate agent in the Campbelltown area.

Zac was very helpful throughout the sale process. The marketing campaign and photos were excellent and met our requirements. Zac achieved very good results and managed our expectations very well.
