From the very beginning Zac was very approachable and easy to talk to. He has excellent communication skills. Zac is a very straight talker which I appreciate and encouraged. We were able to come up with a plan for minor repairs and updates to improve the marketability of the property. We were given a suggested timeline for when things would occur so we were able to project manage and have the house ready for those key dates. Zac is extremely easy to work with. He was able to recommend a handy man who had excellent rates and whose workmanship was outstanding. When weather affected the work being done, we were able to push back dates within our timeline easily and with little fuss. He was also very practically minded when working out times for our open house as we have a young family who needed to live in the house while it was on the market (children don't care that the house needs to be 'market ready' they have needs for toys about the place). We were not pressured to spend unnecessary money 'staging' our house. Zac provided some tips as to how best to use what we already had. Leaving the marketing strategy completely to Zac meant that we had quite a number of groups through the house on the first open day and received several offers. Zac worked with us and the purchasers to negotiate a price so that we were able to accept an offer from our very first open house. This made the process very quick and easy. I contacted Zac on numerous occasions to ask follow up questions and he always responded in a friendly, timely manner. After settlement, he offered any assistance we may require. Even recommending a moving company that he had experience with. I Have heard quite a few horror stories from friends who have dealt with fast talking, aggressive agents. My property search came at a time, where we had unexpected family trauma, and amidst all these happenings, I did not know what to expect when I called Zac on the phone, to enquire about the property. My first contact with Zac was when he promptly returned a phone call after id left a voicemail regarding a property he had for sale ( our now home ) We needed to view the property before the weekend as we could make the open home on the Saturday and Zac was more than accommodating. Throughout the purchase Zac was professional and courteous . Over the last 5 years I'd bought 4 properties and sold one less than 12 months ago . Zac impressed me so much I decided not to use my regular agent who I've always been happy with . During the sale I always felt Zac was in control and when we got 2 offers after the first open home( one was in the advertised range ) Zac advised me not to accept it showed he had our best interest at heart and wasn't after a quick sale .
