Highly recommend Zac for Mango Hill and Surrounds. We appointed Zac for a Deception Bay sale only 2-3 short months ago and that sold at a record price for the area of similar properties. Not recently we appointed Zac to sell our owner occupier home.. I suppose having the emotional attachment we had to the house we thought it was valued higher than most agents and when we set our price expectations, Zac provided us with advice and recommendations to achieve that! I think selecting Zac was strategic on our part, a Real Estate agent managing the sale of quality over quantity at the time meant our property maybe got more attention than other agents selling in the area that may sell more per annum but may not achieve the same record breaking sale amount. I honestly thought selling would be stressful but it wasn’t! A lot of behind the scenes work from Zac that ended up in a very fast and very good result for both properties I would sincerely recommend at least having a conversation with Zac if you are looking to sell! I think you’ll find his approach impossible to refuse!!! A great benefit was having you as our agent this year, thank you Zac!
