Very lucky to find Zach!

Zach approached me after selling a unit in my building at a record price. I had attempted to sell my unit the previous year and had not one offer. Zach sold my unit within a week of me signing a contract with him at a much higher price than I had it listed for 1 year previous. I found him extremely courteous when dealing with everyone involved especially the tenant rent the unit. He was professional, always honest and to the point and kept me very well informed all the way from our first meeting to settlement day. I couldn't recommend Zach more highly.
