We have bought and sold houses with Zac and have always found him honest and very easy to deal with. Zac is not pushy in the least and if he doesn't know the answer to a question, he does not pretend he does. Instead, Zac will explain he is unsure and will endeavour to find the answer to your question. Also, Zac was exceptionally helpful when dealing with any hiccups during the contract period. Zak is very thorough and a man of his word. The man is honourable and very tolerant. When selling the house and there are three personalities involved, he had a very wise approach and was very disciplined. Zak did what ever I asked him to do and follows up in every area including suggesting a solicitor which was half the price for the conveyancing than what I was quoted. He arranged a photographer and advertising for free and had a very reasonable commission and did not skimp in any detail or service. Service is what we got and nothing was too much trouble.
