Having seen Zak out and about in the area for years we knew he was the one to sell our house when the time came. We did shop around with 2 other real estate agents to see what their opinions were. All real estates including Zak had the same suggested selling price. The other two seemed a bit vague and just going through the motions, so it was Zak's knowledge of house prices in the area, what people are searching for and his great communication skills that helped to sell our house.
