Zak is very thorough and a man of his word. The man is honourable and very tolerant. When selling the house and there are three personalities involved, he had a very wise approach and was very disciplined. Zak did what ever I asked him to do and follows up in every area including suggesting a solicitor which was half the price for the conveyancing than what I was quoted. He arranged a photographer and advertising for free and had a very reasonable commission and did not skimp in any detail or service. Service is what we got and nothing was too much trouble.
