All good. But as a first home buyer she should give me enough information onto how I will get the house. Because I thought full inspection is to be done before settlement and that wasn't the case, it costed me more than $3000 to fill in the settlement cracks and repaint it. There were few damages in the house as well. Which then came to a point where that is not included in the inspection. Then what is the point of inspection.

We sold our house and were given 4 weeks to move out. Phoned Zarina and requested that she show us through some homes in the Henley Brook area with a few special requests added to it. Wanted something with a bit of yard and lawn. Must have a shed and a couple of other small things we needed. The next day we did a tour of several houses with Zarina and all were lovely and had what we wanted. I found Zarina very pleasant to talk to. Very professional and extremely helpful. Kept in touch with everything and the lovely surprise was we did put in an offer on a home that day and cute way of telling us was a picture taken in the dark with car lights on of the big sold sign on the house for sale sign we put in an offer on just to let us know it had been accepted. Loved it. Had a great laugh and she then phoned us to discuss it all. Just over 3 weeks later our settlement was through and we are now in our new home and loving it.
